3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance offers.
  • Customized or altered dresses.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Returns requested after the allowed return period.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
  4. Ship the product as instructed by the support team.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or store credit (depending on eligibility).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective items, subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof.
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
