- Returns requested after the allowed return period.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging.
- Ship the product as instructed by the support team.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or store credit (depending on eligibility).
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
